As you have been flooding TTR with spammy (essay-style) block-text comments, most of which have now been deleted, I’d like to take this opportunity to raise a couple of questions which have been raised online by some of International Open Academy’s graduates.

1. The guaranteed 30-day refund policy.
How exactly does this work?
We have received reports that this refund policy doesn’t apply if a customer downloads the course materials- which kind of makes the policy pretty meaningless, seeing as though that’s the first action people will take when they do purchase the course.

2. The physical copy of the certificate.
A physical copy of a TEFL certificate is now required from teachers applying for work in China.
Some International Open Academy graduates have complained that you only issue an electronic copy of the certificate. How exactly does this work?

I also want to reconfirm what I wrote in my email reply to you. You are more than welcome to respond to reviews, by adding your comments, and we welcome this from all of the online TEFL schools listed on TTR. But we can’t publish copy and paste essay-style, block-text comments with duplicate content.
