Yes, The TEFL Academy is a very shady organization – they are not even accredited, although this is just one of the many lies published on their website pages.

The TEFL Academy now appears to be in cahoots with arguably the worst TEFL program scam: ITT International TEFL and TESOL Ltd. The owner (James Anthony Dwyer) also operates the World TEFL Institute scam TEFL program.
