I highly recommend this program. An outstanding TEFL online certification.

Chose the Professional (120 hr) course because I do want to teach both online and abroad. Currently, I’m teaching online. In September, I’m going to be teaching in Berlin.

Course: affordable, but not too cheap. Means you have a good price and with all of the add-ons that come with much more expensive TEFL options. Online tutor was fantastic. Course was clear, digging deep, overall a fun experience too.

Certificate: has the fully accredited branding that is a necessity for teaching at reputable schools. Signatures and identification number listed. Doesn’t specifically state that it’s an online course.

Support: excellent throughout the course and throughout the job-hunting process. Emails and private course messages answered in a matter of hours or even minutes.

Conclusion: a medium-priced TEFL online course with all the advantages of the expensive ones. The job guarantee is a real guarantee. A user-friendly experience with excellent customer support and customer care. Would repeat.

Pros: Affordable, easy-to-navigate platform. 100% online. Fully accredited & internationally recognized program. The course includes 24-hour tutor support. You learn many skills for teaching English online and in person. Teaching groups and individuals are covered, as is teaching youngsters and adults. Certificate and recommendation letter delivered within the promised timeframe. Found a job within days of final course module completion.

Cons: The course is difficult in places but overall manageable. A strong will is needed for self-study online.

Conclusion: I would recommend TEFL Online Pro to others.

My 4.5/5 star rating for this fully accredited TEFL/TESOL program.

When I took the 120-Hour TEFL/TESOL course with teflonlinepro.com (December 2024) they were the top-rated TEFL/TESOL program, and I see that they still are. It was obvious to me why this is so because when I was on the course, I had a very positive experience.

For one thing, the course price was much more affordable than some of the other high-end programs. I did ask Paul why and he said it is because tefl online pro is largely an online company and they don’t have the expensive office overheads that some of the other programs have. I did compare the tefl online pro offering to the more expensive online TEFL/TESOL courses and the offer is identical, except for the cheaper price of this program.

I thought the course was very well written and very engaging. There was also support available from 24-Hour tutors, that got back to me very quickly when I had a question. This was super impressive.

When I finished the course there weren’t any unnecessary wait times for the certificate, and I also received a letter of recommendation. Jennifer was such a great help with her expert support when I said I needed help finding a teaching job online. It didn’t take long to start teaching and I have her to thank for the work she did proofreading my resume, providing tips on pay and working conditions, preparing for an interview, and informing me about which online companies were best to avoid and which were the ones she recommended I apply to.

My only criticism of the program is that I sometimes needed support on Sundays, but the school is closed on Sundays. This meant that if I asked for something on Sunday morning, I had to wait until Monday morning for a reply.

Other than this though, I am so impressed with the TEFL/TESOL course offered by this company and it was an awesome investment.

Taking into account the price and the possibility to use the certificate for online and in-person teaching, I imagine this is likely one of the best online TEFL/TESOL courses you can choose. One aspect of the course that I thought excelled the most was the customer care support. All of my emails and messages were answered in minutes or within an hour or two. Really incredible service. I started out teaching online and have accepted an in-person teaching job in Bangkok, Thailand. For online teaching all I had to show was my TEFL/TESOL certificate. For the job in Thailand, I had to show my college degree plus the TEFL/TESOL certificate. Another definite advantage of choosing this program is that the certificate doesn’t mention that it was taken online and looks like it could be from a 4-week in-person TEFL/TESOL/CELTA course program. Very happy with the choice I made. No complaints.

The 120 hours course took around a day to complete. It had some helpful info that I’m sure I’ll use in classes in the future. On the whole, though, it is just a rubber stamp TEFL certification course. Some of the questions were so easy (I have zero teaching experience) that I felt insulted. No feedback from my online tutor and no communication while on and after the course. You are on your own. I’m awarding Premier TEFL Online three stars because at least I learned something and hopefully some schools will accept the certificate.

I feel indifferent about my i-to-i tefl course. On the one hand, it served a purpose and filled that purpose. I wanted to get a quick tefl on the internet to qualify as an online tutor. Tick. Tick. I just wasn’t expecting the course to be SO bad though. I’m not a professor in English but even I noticed the appalling grammar errors and spelling mistakes in the course materials. The i-to-i tefl homepage is one thing. The course is another thing. One looks polished and inviting. The other is unpolished and demanding to work through. They also made me pay for my certificate which I could have sworn I read was included with the course. If you just need a quick tefl course for a language school which doesn’t care who they employ this might be a good choice of tefl course for you. There, that’s my honest review of i-to-i tefl.

This course is beyond a joke. It’s billed as a 120-hour course and I effortlessly managed to complete it in two hours. I learned diddly squat so it was a complete waste of my time and money. I shudder thinking how I would have performed in a job interview if I had relied on this course, never mind how I would have ever been able to teach anything with what little was taught in the course. I see why people want to save money on a TEFL course. I did too. but you get what you pay for and if you purchase this course, no one will want to employ you because you won’t know enough about teaching to a) pass an interview, and b) be able to teach students. I read that WTA was established last year in lockdown and it follows that it was set up by someone who wants to make a quick buck off unsuspecting wannabe teachers. You will learn very little and by now I’m sure the word is out that anyone holding a certificate from this company is someone who schools won’t want to employ, for lack of standard knowledge. Do yourselves a favor pay a little more and invest in yourself.
