Yes, you are correct in your analysis. The Online TEFL/TESOL industry is highly competitive and, unfortunately, there are certain TEFL programs that behave unprofessionally; attacking their business competition. It’s almost as if they have a specific marketing department set aside specifically for this reason.
One certain program, which will go unnamed, recently contacted Trusted TEFL Reviews to try and bully us into deleting one of their (verified) customer reviews. They also (incorrectly) claimed that we favor certain schools over others.
We see how other popular TEFL reviews websites delete negative reviews because they receive affiliate money from the TEFL programs they have listed on their site.
This was one of the reasons why we originally began Trusted TEFL Reviews – to provide an unbiased platform, where consumers can read real customer reviews and then make their minds up for themselves.
