Went with my gut feeling and chose the international TEFL/TESOL with TEFL Online Pro. The program is top-rated for its support network and is fully accredited. The price point also made it a no-brainer.
Took me 2 weeks to complete the 120-hour Professional course. Assistance from the school’s staff was impressive. Always got a quick reply when I emailed the school or sent them a message via the course messaging system. Never waited longer than a day for a response, including on weekends. Got personal feedback on both of my lesson plans and the advice given helped tremendously in fine-tuning my lesson planning skills. It gives you a framework that you can use as a template for all future lesson plans. The course also has many examples of activities and games that you can apply in the classroom.
I strongly recommend the program. The certification enabled me to start teaching English online and from the feedback that I got from my job interviews I can report back that employers consider this program reputable.
