Global English TESOL 120-hour online course review.

Really quite disappointed by the course and support.

The course is meant to cover 120 hours of tuition (all taken online) but I was able to complete it all in under a week. And that was done by just studying for a few hours each day during the week and then on a full day on Saturday. It’s nowhere near the advertised 120 hours. The content was often vague and whilst it did cover everything I imagine a new teacher needs to learn, in terms of theory, it delivered shortly on covering practical elements of teaching. I don’t know if their 250 hours online TESOL course goes into more detail but if it’s anything like their 120-hour product then I’d advise giving this one a miss.

My course certificate was delivered approximately 3 weeks after I’d completed the final module and I was happy with this. But after you have completed the course, don’t expect to hear back from Global English when you write to them asking for help finding a job.
