Just like throwing your money down the drain. Not as cheap as it first seems. They try to nickel and dime you for everything &#8211; so much so that you end up paying far more for a subpar product. The IOA site is prone to crashing and the course content is laughable at best. If something seems too good to be true then it invariably is. I just couldn&#8217;t take it anymore so just walked away from the course before the end. Sixth-sensed that IOA is fully aware of this and that they bank on people not complaining due to the extremely low course price. They just bank on people paying and then not completing the course and not bothering to ask for a refund. Not an outright scam, but verging on it. Decided to take my online TEFL with another company instead, for a slightly higher price tag of $300, and so far very satisfied.
