You sign up, pay, receive course access, take the course, complete the course, and receive your certificate. There is some employment support, but nothing really to write home about that much. The course is designed so that you read through the information and then complete a quiz after each module. I fully enjoyed this setup. The course did what it said it would, apart from a bit of a letdown regarding the ongoing support.
