Wanting to complete a 120 hour online TEFL course so I can teach online and possibly overseas, I signed up with TEFL Org. Saw their advert online and the student testimonials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chose the 120 because it seems this is the one the schools want you to have. Anything more is bloated study hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can write that it was an OK course. There were a few bugs, and this was annoying, but the overall experience was positive. I learned about all of the different learner levels, how to teach groups and individuals, and a lot of grammar. Grammar, grammar, grammar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The issue I have is that after getting the TEFL certificate I haven’t had any follow-up support from The TEFL Org.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve reached out to TEFL Org – they know my email address because it’s the one I took the course with – but haven’t received any help at all with my job search. I’ve found it isn’t so difficult looking up language schools online, but feel that a significant amount of my time would have been saved if I had received the support that was promised to me when I purchased the course. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a good course and I rate it three stars. Just a big shame about the situation with the support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
