On the other hand, it&#8217;s been two months since the course finished and I still haven&#8217;t gotten the certificate. Every time I write Premier TEFL, they assure me its been sent &#8211; only for me to reach out to them again and in my most polite way ask them to please check, etc. and send it to me because I urgently need it for job interviews. Reaching out to Premier TEFL is a slow process. You are allotted a ticket in the numbered system that doesn&#8217;t give you any information about how long you can expect a response. I&#8217;m tearing my hair out because it&#8217;s been too long and I need to get moving with my job search. My hope is that Premier TEFL reads this and solves the issue for me.
