I have recommended CIEE TEFL to others. My tutors were engaging and interactive. They gave valuable feedback on lesson preparation and on how to manage students in a classroom and were willing to go out of their way to help increase understanding. The part I had the most difficult time with was the grammar section. It took me repeated attempts to fully understand the nuanced differences between the various time tenses and I\u2019m still finding it difficult to explain these to students. The students I teach don\u2019t have Perfect tense structures in their language, so it\u2019s tough going trying to explain to them when and why they should use the Present Perfect instead of the Past Simple. This isn\u2019t being critical of the program.
