I purchased the 120-Hour online TEFL course and then a week later went to study it and it was gone! I have spent hours trying to reach someone. Finally was able to “create a ticket” and gave them screen shot which proved I had paid 249.00 plus gave them the date of the purchase and other information they asked for and then got an email that because I did not respond, the issue is considered resolved. Absolutely no satisfaction and yes, terrible customer service!
