I feel so conflicted writing this review because on the one hand I loved the course and it gave me confidence to imagine myself teaching in an actual classroom. On the other hand, it’s been two months since the course finished and I still haven’t gotten the certificate. Every time I write Premier TEFL, they assure me its been sent – only for me to reach out to them again and in my most polite way ask them to please check, etc. and send it to me because I urgently need it for job interviews. Reaching out to Premier TEFL is a slow process. You are allotted a ticket in the numbered system that doesn’t give you any information about how long you can expect a response. I’m tearing my hair out because it’s been too long and I need to get moving with my job search. My hope is that Premier TEFL reads this and solves the issue for me. I thought the course was very good – no problems with that.
