I did my homework before choosing TEFL Universal and I only saw this site now, I have to be honest, their Website and Facebook page impressed me,the pricing and the comments sold me, so towards the end of December 2024, I made payment because the sale was ending, I couldn’t believe the pricing, it was so reasonable, there were two options so I opted for the R500 one which was 150 Hours, bare in mind as a single unemployed mother, I thought this would benefit me and my family due to the bad unemployment crisis in South Africa, unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances in life, I was not able to do the course within the 6 months as stipulated but I did email them to grant me an extension on 3 occasions, I found them to be very understanding, I was very impressed with how they dealt with me via email, Facebook and Whatsapp, I even did a Tik Tok video recommending them, but since then honestly I am not impressed at all, so in a nutshell I realize their pricing was a bit too good to be true, I barely started the course which is my fault due to life, I did request a further extension recently and was told its expired, I would have to start the whole process again and pay again, so who benefited in the end, well TEFL Universal sure did, I will never recommend them in the future and the so called sale that’s ending soon is very misleading, its still advertised to date, I just checked, this is just my opinion based on my own experience with them.
